Nothing warms me on a chilly, winter day like a piping hot cup of tea - particularly Mariage Freres Teas and Earl Grey is one of my favorites.

So it's not surprising I would like the the distinct flavor of this jelly - the bright taste of bergamot just sings. It is especially delicious atop a thick slice of toasted Brioche with butter.
