Oh, how I wish a trip to China was in my immediate future. This exhibition at the MOCA Shanghai looks amazing.
Curated by Jean-Louis Froment, it delves into Chanel's rich past and her artistic inspirations - including brushes with Jean Cocteau, Pablo Picasso and Stravinsky.
Developed around five themes: Origin, Abstraction, Invisibility, Liberty and Imaginary - and occupying both floors of the museum with over 400 pieces, it examines what constitutes the specific identity and culture of all things Chanel.
Here's hoping they take this show on the road! Until then, these videos from Paris to Shanghai will give you a pretty good idea of what the journey entails.
